Lyn Havin, Owner/President of Havin Red E Mix, llc, where she is fully 100% engaged in her business and wears many hats. Lyn has a BA from Webster University and a master’s from the school of hard knocks. Lyn has 45 years of experience in Ready Mix Concrete and Aggregates. “ One of my favorite things about our business is the relationships and friendships that are built with our customers and employees. We are a family run business with a family attitude. We are a team and we all pull together to make the best experience for our customers as possible”.

Lyn is active in the community sitting on several board of directors and advisory boards throughout the County.

Lyn enjoys gym time, spending time on her farm with family, painting, and rescuing dogs.

Andy Koppelmann is the General Manager of Havin Red E Mix LLC. He has almost 33 years of experience with the company. He manages the drivers, mechanics, and batching aspects of the business. He also maintains many of the customer relationships we have built over the years with contractors. He cares about our customers and our employees. The thing that sets us apart from other Red E Mix companies is that we are family. In his spare time he enjoys farming, reading and most of all spending time with his 4 grandchildren.

Eugene Evans has been a valued member of Havin Red E Mix, LLC since 1983 and serves as the manager of Virginia mining operations. He is widely respected for his unwavering dedication, strong work ethic, and exceptional mechanical expertise. Eugene has a extraordinary ability to diagnose and repair virtually any piece of equipment, ensuring that operations run efficiently and effectively.

His commitment to excellence plays a vital role in maintaining the high-quality sand and gravel products that Havin Red E Mix customers have come to expect. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Eugene is a devoted family man, dedicated farmer, avid team roper and proud grandfather. He enjoys spending time with his granddaughter who is the greatest joy and highlight of his life.

Cindy Vollmer is the Office Manager at Havin Red E Mix, LLC, where she handles accounts receivables, accounts payables, multiple modes of data entry as well as assisting all 5 plant locations with any needed office expertise. With 4 years of experience in the industry, Cindy specializes in strong organizational skills and an eye for detail. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Central Methodist University. Outside of work, she spends time in the gym, walking her dog and loves to listen to music.

Nathen Ruble is the Dispatcher at Havin Red-E-Mix, where he handles the scheduling and route optimization that helps keep things running smoothly. He has 8 years dispatching experience, 4 of those being with Havin. He lovingly refers to his job title as "Chaos Coordinator", and if you've been around the Ready Mix business for any amount of time you know how hectic things can get. He believes fostering great relationships with our contractors, as well as employees, is essential to accomplishing our goal of delivering an excellent product with exceptional customer service.

In his spare time, he loves to spend time with his fiancé Samantha and his 2 sons Max and Myles. And, whenever possible, he enjoys getting out of the house to play a round of golf with friends.

Josh Wise is the newest member of our dispatch team, but a familiar face at Havin. He has been a mixer driver off and on for almost 20 years and in the transportation industry for 30 years. In dispatch, he can take your concrete orders and make sure they get to you, on time and correct. He has the knowledge you need to help you get your concrete job done. He also can help with scheduling deliveries of our block and landscaping products. He occasionally fills in at our Virginia Mines facility when needed and he has driver safety and training experience.

Josh’s wife, Kimber, have been married for 17 years and they have 2 children and 2 dogs. Kimber also has 3 years in the concrete industry, supporting contractors with concrete and safety supplies. They enjoy spending time with their children, riding motorcycles, gardening, and exercising their dogs.

When Havin says "we are a family company", they actually mean it. Lyn will do everything in her power to help those in need, especially family and "work family". When you work for Havin, everyone knows your name and will lend a hand. Havin is a wonderful place to work and call home.
